I LOVE BEING AN INSURANCE AGENT! Those are words that I never thought I would say while growing up. But I do! You can’t ask for much more in a career than to lead the great individuals that work here at my agency. I get to help families through their worst and best times, see children get their license and start driving, I help those same children through their first accident, and the heartbreak when their first car gets a scratch… then the exhilaration when they figure out that their policy covers that!

I graduated from Kent State University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, and moved to Texas where my family lived. In 2001 my destiny called, and I started into the claims department where I worked until 2011 for three different companies in Auto, Home, Liability, Claims Litigation, and management. When the opportunity arose, and the former agent here named Greg Pittman put his business up for sale, I jumped over to the agency side. Today, I’m proud to work helping families and individuals protect what is important to them, and to minimize everyday risk.

Here, at The Tyler Hitchcock Agency, we strive for excellence, and WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. To achieve that, I have brought on a first class team. They have worked and studied hard to be able to give you the best advice possible on the complex world of insurance and financial products. Our vision is to give our client’s the best education we can and to guide them to making informed decisions on how to best protect what is important. At this agency we know the best price is important, but not at the expense of your future.

We also want to be a presence in this community. Every 60 days we will sponsor a community cause, and try to earn donations to help a family or individual in need. Our agency is active in the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce. We regularly donate and support Life Line Shelter’s, a local Grand Prairie shelter that helps single mother’s pay the rent, and we volunteer yearly for Dubiski High School’s “Don’t Text and Drive Campaign.”
